1. 7-Day Replacement Window

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your authentic watch purchase. If your watch arrives with any manufacturing defect, physical courier damage, or mismatch from your order, you are eligible for an immediate, hassle-free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement or return:

• The watch must remain in brand-new, unworn condition with protective plastic films intact.
• The bracelet or strap must not have been resized or scratched.
• The original box, warranty card, tags, and invoice must be returned complete.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Simply reach out to our Customer Care hotline at +880 1868-686630 or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photo/video of the issue. Inside Dhaka, our courier will swap the watch at your doorstep within 24–48 hours at zero extra charge!
